Bio
Anthony received a B.A. in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has a certification in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is trained in functional flexibility and kickboxing. While a NCAA Championship competitor and team captain of his Division I college track and field team, he placed himself 6th all-time at UCLA and 4th in Great Britain (2005) for the 110-meter high hurdles. Upon graduating, Anthony decided to compete professionally while sharing his fitness knowledge with athletes and those looking to sculpt and define.

Laura is a native Californian with proven success as a multifaceted sports therapist in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Her 12-year licensed practice includes expert Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Swedish, and Pregnancy massage treatment with special emphasis in Deep-tissue. Laura advises and administers clients with full body health care assessments; treatments assisting in the repair of structural damage incurred. She is a certified Pilate's instructor highlighting physical development using proper disciplines in body alignment. Laura is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician specializing in hazardous rescue.

Michael comes from a diverse athletic background ranging from collegiate football and baseball to Ironman Competition. From explosive plyometric or Olympic type training for improving power output to rehab and corrective exercise to minimize injuries, he has been there and personally knows what it feels like to “put in the work.”
Michael’s training style focuses on functional, sport specific and “core” based movements. He views life as a sport and trains his clients accordingly and for their individual needs. With a combination of functional strength training and Pilates, he has worked with clients ranging from the professional athlete to the sedentary, obese and elderly. Michael believes if you give your body the stimulus it needs, you will respond by growing stronger and looking better.

Elise first discovered Pilates while vacationing at the La Costa Resort and Spa near San Diego. “I had played Soccer as a kid, Rugby in college, and had been lifting weights and doing the Aerobics thing for several years, but I had never felt anything like this. I had always been strong, especially for my size, but flexibility had been a lifelong issue for me. This method made me feel strong and graceful at the same time. I don’t think I’d ever felt graceful in my life before trying Pilates.
Elise received her formal teacher certification through the New York-based Physical Mind Institute, training with Maria Leone at Bodyline Studio in Beverly Hills. Elise is a fervent believer in continuing education and continually strives to improve her skills as a practitioner and teacher. Elise passed the national PMA Certification Exam and has developed and implemented Continuing Education Pilates programs for Pilate’s studios and Health Clubs in the Southern California area. Elise has worked with clients from ages 13 through 80, athletes and actors, clients with cancer, ms, osteoporosis, arthritis, pre- and post-natal, and those with severe back, neck, shoulder and knee conditions/injuries. Elise is also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as a member of IDEA and the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).

Sandra Rapke
Bio
A former ballet dancer from Miami, Sandra moved to California in 1976 and began teaching young children in Palo Alto, Ca. She then moved to Santa Cruz in 1980 and joined Santa Cruz Ballet Theatre, teaching and performing until 1989, when she moved to Los Angeles. In 1996 Sandra performed at UCLA as part of the graduate degree program for Iris Pell, her modern dance teacher and childhood friend.
Certified to teach Pilates by Linda Taylor in 2006, she has been teaching in Beverly Hills. Sandra has two daughters, a son-in-law and a son, all grown and living in Los Angeles. Now, she also studies Tango and Latin ballroom dance at Third Street Dance in West Hollywood.

Adrian grew up in a health and fitness environment where she participated in many sports. She is a national cross country competitor and currently training for the 2012 Olympic trials for the marathon. In her off-season, she competes in triathlons.
Adrian’s training is an integration of functional training, kickboxing, matt Pilates, and yoga. She also specializes in weight loss and sculpting. Adrian is known for pushing each person to be their best whether they are exercising for the first time or a competitive athlete.

Westlake’s journey of health and fitness began as a teenager, when
as a professional ballerina, Westlake won State and National honors.
Chappell began teaching the principals of the art to collegiate
football and basketball players as a form of integrated training. As
a fitness professional, her goal-oriented approach is to create an
enjoyable and creative program for each client's specific needs, in
order to ensure effective results. The wide range of clients she has
trained successfully, includes business, artists and creative
professionals, brides-to-be, tri-athletes, runners, body builders,
celebrities, individuals battling weight loss, as well as, overcoming
the disease of obesity and/or addiction. Chappell earned a B.A., SMU/
Texas and is an NASM Certified Trainer, RYT - Yoga Certified
